This gasket replaces the old cork gaskets used way back to 1960  and the black rubber gaskets used from late 60's  to the mid 80's . If you have an original equipment  metal Johnson or Evinrude 6 gallon, single line gas tank with quick disconnect and sight gauge then this is the gasket you need.
